PROMOTIONAL FLAGS

We produce promotional flags for companies, advertising agencies, car salesrooms, petrol stations, shopping centres, banks and insurance companies, hotels and guesthouses, towns and municipalities, sports clubs, fire brigades, associations, schools and so on.

Our flags are the proud bearers of the CZECH MADE quality logo.

Technical data

We print the promotional (company) flags and banners with dispersed dyes on 100% polyester (PES) material weighting ca 115 g/m².

The used material and technology guarantee a high stability of the flags under various weather conditions, as well as resistance to UV radiation, colour stability, the brightness of colour shades and easy maintenance (wash at up to 60°C). The flags have a shiny surface and they dry quickly – “they flutter even in the rain”.

1. Screen printing

Our screen printing technology guarantees 100% printing on the reverse side. This means that the richness of the printed colours is the same on both sides (the front and the back).

We recommend that the flags printed using the screen printing technique should be in the size range from 50 x 100 cm and upwards, and in the horizontal or vertical variants. When using screen printing, we are limited to a width of up to 150 cm, so we are able to print flags with a size of, for example, 150 x 400 cm.

Upon customer's request, we can make different dimensions as well.

2. Digital printing

Digital printing enables us to print photographic motifs and colour transitions up to a width of 180 cm. When printing small series starting from as low as 1 item, digital printing is cheaper. The printing through to the rear side is 80-90% depending on the richness of the colours.

Graphic source materials

We accept the graphic data for printing by email or burnt onto a CD (preferably in a vector format: cdr, eps, ai ap).

Making up

The flags are welded along their entire rim which prevents the fraying of base material. Outer edges are further coated with a double protective seam. In our experience, flags which are only sealed and are not sewn show a longer service life.

We prepare the fastenings according to our customers’ wishes. The most common fastening is using a snap hooks (for a pole rope) or a sleeve (for a flagstaff). We equip the flags with firming edge on the fastening side, onto which plastic (frost-proof and non-corroding) snap hooks are sewn.

The flags are equipped with labels with maintenance symbols.

Production deadlines

We complete the orders in 1-2 weeks from receiving the order and graphic data. Express orders are by arrangement.

The prices for the advertising flags depends on the number of ordered pieces, on dimensions and on the number of colours. We immediately inform our customers about the price, once we have received this information.
